Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General
GeminiBio is the “Seller” for all transactions contemplated herein. Any person buying or offering to buy goods from Seller is herein referred to as the “Buyer.” The products and services, including replacement products, sold by Seller are hereinafter the “Products.”
2. Acceptance
Shipping
Orders are often shipped same day (Monday through Thursday), provided they are received and entered prior to 1:00pm Pacific Time. To avoid problems arising from unattended deliveries, we routinely schedule frozen/refrigerated product to ship on Monday through Wednesday. Heat-inactivated product orders require an additional two days to process.
All shipments are FOB origin, freight pre-paid and added to the invoice. Title to items good purchased passes to the buyer upon delivery of items to the carrier.
Lot Reservations
Reservations on serum lots will be held for 21 days from the date a sample is shipped. Extensions are granted upon request. The reserve will automatically expire at the end of 21 days unless otherwise arranged.
Upon completion of lot testing, please notify your Gemini representative of your product selection so we can release the other reserved lots to customers as quickly as possible.
International Orders
All international orders require payment prior to product shipment. Payment must be in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank, or by direct wire transfer.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may require an additional $65 export documentation fee. For countries requiring an import license, it must be obtained prior to shipment.
